Event management

We have a small team of people who are truly excellent in managing events, and our clients appreciate having an event management team that understands their business and can work seamlessly with the communications account team.

The first step in event planning is to get the structure right. We partner with our clients to develop an event plan that includes objectives, audiences, budgets and other considerations; outlines the planned approach and timelines; and allocates tasks.

Depending on the need, we can then help with any or all aspects of delivery, from the invitations to the catering. Sometimes we give a full service; sometimes we give strategic advice to help guide planning.
